As you already may know, the United States has enacted a new law, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). The CPSIA has many new product safety requirements that apply to many of the products that Geddes supplies to its customers. You may want to review the particulars of this new legislation at the CPSC website: http://www.cpsc.gov to gain a better understanding of the law.
The CPSIA requires that we provide safety certifications for any product that is regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We will be furnishing these certifications for all applicable products in accordance with the new law. If a product you ordered is not listed on this webpage there is not one available for your product as this time. The database of available certifications will grow over time when the new phases of the law go into effect.
